We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada. If you're located outside of the U.S. and Canada and are interested in our products, we’d love to hear from you! Send us an email at nsc@newsteed.com to let us know where you’d like us to start shipping. Your feedback helps us gauge demand and may influence future shipping expansions.
Since our products are made to order, there will be an average of 3 business days of production time prior to delivery. We offer the following rates to both the U.S. and Canada:
Standard: Estimated 3 business day production, 8-12 business day delivery, address change not available, tracking available (not real time)
Premium: Estimated 3 business day production, 4-7 business day delivery, address change available, real time tracking available
Customs Duties and Taxes: The customer is responsible for any potential fees incurred when transported across international borders. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations of the country being shipped to. Different countries have import procedures which is determined by its customs law in the destination country.
