SHOE INFO
What size high-top should I order?
Our high-tops run TTS (true to size), which means you should order the same size you would normally wear in other sneakers. Please refer to the size chart on the product pages to find the perfect fit!
How should I style my Newsteeds?
We recommend pairing your shoes with a color-coordinated top to make sure your outfit looks the absolute best! For each of our high-top designs, we offer a bundle with a corresponding cropped hoodie for women and sweater for men.
How do I clean my Newsteeds?
To maintain the quality of your high-tops, we recommend only to spot clean them. First, remove the laces for an easier time. Then use a dry brush or cloth to remove as much dust and dirt as possible. Use a damp cloth with mild soap or if necessary, apply a mild detergent mixture directly to the spot and allow it to sit for 15 minutes before scrubbing to get rid of any stubborn stains. Finally, wipe the soapy residue away with a damp cloth, and let your Newsteeds dry completely.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship to and how long does it take?
We ship to 36 different countries! Visit our Shipping Policy page to see the list of countries we ship to. Since our products are made to order, production takes about 3 business days. Excluding production time, Standard shipping takes 4-7 business days while Premium shipping takes 8-11 business days. Just a heads up—customs duties and taxes might apply depending on your country.
Can I track my order?
Yes! With Standard shipping, tracking is available although not real time. Real time tracking is only available with Premium shipping. Please note that a new tracking number can take up to 24 hours to activate.
I put in the wrong address. What should I do?
With Premium shipping, you can request an address change within 24 hours of placing an order. However, this feature is unfortunately not available with Standard shipping.
I'm missing an item from my order. What should I do?
If you have ordered multiple items, the items may arrive at separate times. If it’s been more than 5 days and you still haven’t received the rest of your order, please reach out to us at nsc@newsteedshoes.com. We’ll be happy to help!
REFUNDS
How do I request a refund?
If you find your product is damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong product, shoot us an email at nsc@newsteedshoes.com within 30 days with proof of the issue and your purchase. Be sure to check your order as soon as it arrives! Also, we might ask you to send the item back for inspection. Just make sure to send it back within 7 days of receiving the return label. When will I get my refund?
If your refund request has been approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 10 business days and you still haven’t received a refund, don’t hesitate to ask for a follow up at nsc@newsteedshoes.com. We’ll get it sorted as soon as possible!
